Based in London, Avalon Catering Consultancy & Training operates throughout the UK, working with a number of well known clients in the UK catering and hospitality industry.
Avalon Catering UK was founded by an award winning chef who since leaving the kitchen has added academic and professional qualifications in: Food Science & Technology, Health and Safety, Food Safety and New Licensing Laws to his portfolio of catering achievements.
Future Plans
As with all businesses, Avalon Catering Consultancy and Training aims to expand its business. We have recognised that to facilitate this we need to look at and develop our offers, and seek to grow our business throughout the UK by taking on “local” qualified catering consultants.
